The villa is located in a dead-end street of urbanisation of Varandas do Lago. It has the facilities of a development but all the benefits of an independent villa. It is just a stroll to restaurants on Julias- and Ancão beach and the restaurants on Vale do Garrão and Dunas Douradas urbanisations,
Plentyful sport facilities can be found on The Campus, Quinta do Lago.

Spacious living with fireplace and dining room with French windows to a covered raised terrace with access to the swimming pool which has six steps and a floodlit surrounding terrace. Sightseeing around Almancil: The church of São Lourenço de Matos is situated on a hill. It owes its name to Laurentius (3rd century), who's life was ended on a funeral pile because he gave the money meant for the construction of the church to the poor. In the 17th century the chapel was covered with tiles (azulejos). Together with the Marbel alter and the wood carving you should visit this church.
On 18 km. from the urbanisation you will find the centre of the capital city of the Algarve: Faro, with its beautiful historical centre next to the small vessel harbour, has several shopping centres. There are lots of cafes and restaurants as well.
The shops are modern and they can be compared with the shops you are used to in UK and Ireland. Most of them are opened between 09.00 and 23.00 hour.
