The apartment includes a beautifully decorated bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a small living room. The very large terrace allows you to relax by the infinity pool, offering an exceptional view of Happy Bay Beach and Anguilla Island. The outdoor dining area is protected, and you will enjoy both the garden and the pool.
On the same level, you can work out in the gym equipped with two treadmills, a rowing machine, an elliptical trainer, and a spinning bike. After your workout, there is nothing better than relaxing in the jacuzzi located upstairs, where you can enjoy the sunset, depending on the season, while soaking in the bath. WiFi is accessible everywhere (even on the terrace). There is also the possibility to rent a second independent bedroom on the ground floor for an additional fee. This rental is for adults only. Smoking is allowed only outside. No pets are allowed. On-site, a trustworthy guardian resides at the bottom of the residence and is available if needed. Summary: This is definitely a luxury villa, which is what we were looking for on this trip. Yvan called us promptly and was constantly in touch via phone and email making sure we knew exactly what we needed to know to make our stay perfect!!! He provided telephone numbers of friends should we have a medical emergency, thankfully we did not. When we arrived following his perfect directions, Lionel was there to greet us and show us around, he was so helpful to us during our stay. The fridge was full of goodies and ohhhh in the morning those croissants were so fine. The view is cherished and many of the local people have never seen it as this is a gated community and we felt very privileged to have this opportunity. The walk down to the beach was good exercise and we loved Happy Bay and Friar's Bay was fun too!! There is a cooler and much more provided and a shower downstairs to get rid of the sand. My husband and I, our 2 son's and thier wives enjoyed the spacious home and there was alot of space for everyone to enjoy together or privately, Our favourite in the morning was having French Press coffee while sitting in the shaded area watching the boating activity on Happy Bay. Hummingbirds, butterflies flitted around us, too beautiful for words, most days Frannie the turtle would appear and make our day!! We used the BBQ and the kitchen was stocked with quality dishes and pots ect. We found the plastic wineglasses ect. for outside and loved having champagne in the Jacuzzi or the pool. Everything was spotless and the bedding was lovely, I highly recommend ths beautiful retreat. We had a rental car delivered to us and it was very nice to go and dine in Grand Case, see Orient Bay, shop at Bacchus and see Phillipsburg but most of all we loved staying at the villa. The kids did a snorkeling adventure out of Grand Case one morning but coud not wait to get back to the villa. We left there feeling rested and relaxed, it was the perfect vacation.
