The space
Rising high above South Yarra on the 10th level, enjoy captivating panoramic Melbourne city views. This stylish and cosy one bedroom apartment is filled with an abundance of natural light overlooking the lush leafy grounds of the historic Melbourne High School.
Feel at home with creature comforts including a flat screen TV, a fully equipped timber veneer kitchen and a beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sparkling bathroom which includes a European laundry.
Complex includes luxurious resort-style facilities. Exercise your fitness goals in the gym, clock up a few laps in the lap pool, relax in the winter lounge and enjoy drinks with sunset views on the entertainment deck.
Although we take every care to ensure our guests can enjoy these spaces, there may be times where maintenance is being carried out – which is beyond our control.
COMMON AREAS: no alcohol to be consumed in communal areas.
Parking: $20 per day - paid by cash on arrival or via EFT (3-4 minute walk from the apartment). Please advise if you would like this option.

Summary: Found this property just in time for Taylor Swift; perfect location, everything you need on out skirts of the CBD and not far from the train station for transportation. everything you could need is in walking distance, recommend. First time in Melbourne too; great first impression and would Stay here again.
