Positive: The house was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen with all appliances needed, washing machine with capsules! Fantastic. Right in front of the pool area. Great.
Negative: Confusing to get the keys of the apartment. We were on vacations expecting to shut off our mobile phones!. In fact, while driving through countries we were not expecting to do check in online, scan our ID and pick the keys in one locatikn and then go to house in another location. The message was in Spanish and no one from us was Spanish! Although we understand, was confusing, especially the person at the phone that seem to be upset to support us. At the office in Albufeira was very helpful though.
Summary: Very clean and comfortable appartment, well equipped in front of the pool area.
