This stunning, light and spacious two bedroom townhouse is located in the village of Patroves, near Albufeira, and situated within a small private gated complex, perfectly designed for couples or a small family.
The house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, relaxed and comfortable to live in and with everything that you would expect to find in a home from home.
Two spacious modern bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed (which can be set up as full size twin beds), a luxury en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, a vanity table and a comfortable armchair. Large sliding doors open up onto a full length balcony boasting spectacular clear ocean views, a lovely vista to wake up to. The second bedroom is set up as two twin beds, but can be made up as a super-king upon request, with fitted wardrobes including drawers and an ensuite bathroom.
You will find the fully equipped family sized kitchen on the ground floor and a small utility room housing a washing machine. There is a further shower room with WC on the ground floor. You can enjoy your home-cooking in the modern open plan lounge/ dining area, or on the warmer evenings, go through to the private comfortably furnished terrace to enjoy alfresco dining, watching the most amazing sun sets over the sea and then sip wine late into the evening under the stars. If you really want to get into the holiday spirit, why not make use of the in-built BBQ and impress your loved ones!
The private terrace looks out onto the beautiful kept grounds, and while meandering around them you will find a picnic bench to enjoy lunch away from the home, or a good book in some peace! The large sparkling blue pool is just a few steps from the terrace, and a welcome retreat on Algarvian hot sunny days, with stunning views across the surrounding area and on to the ocean. Sunbeds and a parasol are provided for your enjoyment at the pool area.
The beautiful beaches of Albufeira are just over 5 minutes drive away. There are a number of golf courses within easy reach, the nearest is Salgados, close to a beautiful nature reserve with decked pedestrian walk and cycle ways and a lagoon. Horse riding, across the dunes and beaches can be organised with stables a few minutes drive away.
The resort town of Albufeira, with its attractive colourful marina, charming historic ‘Old Town’ with its traditional Portuguese streets and plazas, along with Fisherman’s beach restaurants, pubs and shops are a five minute drive away.
For a great family day out there is also a choice of water parks, a karting track, overland sight seeing ‘safaris’ and boat trips....so much to choose from.
Perfectly located on the Algarvian coast in the peaceful area of Patroves, yet close enough to the resort of Albufeira should you want some nightlife! Not too far from other tourist destinations along the coast and inland, so should you choose to explore this part of the world, make this lovely home your preferred starting point to an amazing holiday in the Algarve.
