It has spectacular views looking across the waters to Naskeag Pt and the multiple islands in between. These popular sailing lanes are traversed by a variety of sailing vessels which enjoy the channel breezes, along with many lobster boats working for their day's catch. Alberta Lane Cottage is privately situated within this glorious setting, reached by meandering lane through pasture and woods, to arrive in front of the cottage at its circular drive. The home is surrounded by soft green grasses, shade trees, and some of the areas best beach front. Inside you will find a beautifully designed home, with sweeping, wooded ceilings with skylights. Ample windows capture the stunning ocean vista outside. The floor plan is open and inviting, with kitchen, living and dining areas gracefully flowing from one room to the next. The large fieldstone fireplace is spectacular. Three spacious bedrooms and screened porch finish off the main living space. Additional living is enjoyed at the fully equipped guests house, with arched, wooden ceilings. It has kitchenette, living area, eating area, sleeping area and loft.
