Positive: The location was great, the room was on the highest floor, so we had a good view of the city and the great Alameda Street. The apartment was spacious, and the amenities were enough. Since we arrived after office hours, the keys were left in a deposit box, and clear instructions for both the keys and the apartment were shared beforehand.
Negative: We arrived late, so we had to pick up the keys from their office. It wasn't too far, like 5-7 minutes walk, but it was late in the evening and we had luggages so it would've been better if we could pick the keys up from the apartment.
