Positive: It is such a beautiful location, high up in the green mountains but also close to Lucca and not too far from the beach. And reality was actually better than the pictures (the pool was much bigger and nice and fresh, very nice private terraces, a cute mountain house at two levels)!
Negative: Only the beds/mattresses could use an update :-)
