Positive: I needed to change the booking dates, but this was no problem from the owner Marco. He was very friendly and helpful. We had a very good communication from the beginning. He explained me all about Palermo and gave very good recommendations. Whenever I needed something, I could ask him. I booked a twin room and had the same room as on the pictures. The room had a huge window and a small balcony outside. Unfortunately the room is very basic furnished, just 2 beds, a chair, some hangers for the clothes and a tiny table for the nightlight. The bathroom is private but need to cross a corridor in the shared apartment. There is a shared kitchen where it's possible to prepare coffee or tea. There is also a shared fridge. Beside a shared sitting area with a balcony to the backyard. The room is very central located close to the Ballaro Market and the cathedral is just a 10-15 min walk away. The central station is just 5 min away. Parking is a bit difficult in Palermo. The public parking places cost at the moment 2€ per hour. There are free parking spaces close to the apartment in the area of the Ballaro Market close to the Porta di S. Agata. The place is fine to stay for a couple of days.
