This early 1900's building has all the comforts of a modern apartment with the charm of historic Portland architecture! Walk to restaurants and bars, markets, State Theater, downtown arts district and the Old Port. We offer free parking and easy self check in.
The Space:
Our apartment is cozy little hide away, consisting of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a comfortable chair and a desk for your working vacation. Exposed brick adds character, and new renovation make the space feel updated and fresh. The kitchen area offers a place to sit and have coffee at the built in breakfast bar, and the bathroom has a spacious shower. Off of the bedroom there is a porch, for those who feel nimble, you may climb through the window, or if you'd prefer to walk around outside, you can find stairs at the back of the building.

The porch is private, although you may see neighbors below.
The Neighborhood:
Walk to a charming market with local good and everything you may need during your stay. There are many restaurants and bars close by. We are in a residential neighborhood, which is quiet but close to the fun!
Getting Around:
Uber and lyft are readily available although Portland is a very walkable city! One end to the other in 45 minutes on foot.
Other Things to Note:
To access our porch from the apartment you must climb through the window, its easy to do if you're nimble! Alternative you can walk around the building and use the stairs.
