Moreover, handling multiple sets may result in confusion and potential security hazards. Ensure the property key and fob are always with you. Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$500 will be your responsibility. An additional fee for replacement keys and fob will be applicable if their loss is confirmed.
● KEY AND LOCK OUT ASSISTANCE: Please be advised that if you require assistance from our housekeeping staff in situations involving keys (e.g lockouts or key deliveries), an additional fee will apply and may vary depending on the time and location of the request. It's best to do so as soon as you've settled in at the property rather than until check-out. Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
● PARTY: Parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of a complaint, fines starting from AU$2000 may apply.
