Villa Atalaya is located in a quiet residential area in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia. It can accommodate 8 people and is ideal for families. There is a direct road from the house to the beach, so you don't need a car to get there.
3 to 4 parking spaces are available on the property and on the road. Pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. There is another room with two extra beds; if you would like to use this, please speak with the homeowner in advance.
There is 15 kW of electricity available per day. If there is a sustainable increase in consumption, the owner of the house can pay the costs. A grill is not available as the accommodation is in a sheltered area. But outside there is barbecue. Parties are not allowed. There are 2 canoes available for a deposit. Summary: This property was the perfect beach vacation in Ibiza. The house was beautiful and well-appointed with 3 convenient parking spaces and numerous decks, patios and lounge areas all with a stunning view of the beach and sunset. The beach itself is steps away and the town has 1/2 a dozen good restaurants all within an easy walking distance. I don't think you'll find a better value in Ibiza.
