This cosy and homely furnished, detached holiday house is located in a small and quiet residential area at the bottom of the hill of the medieval, picturesque village Montauroux. On the ground floor you will find the well-equipped kitchen with American fridge and ice machine and the homely living room with air conditioning. On the 1st floor are the 3 spacious bedrooms with fans and a nice bathroom. From the kitchen and living room you have direct access to the covered terrace, where a cosy lounge set, a dining table and a gas BBQ are located. The garden is fully fenced. Around your private pool (7 x 4m) you can enjoy the sun under the parasol on one of the comfortable sun loungers
Montauroux has an authentic village centre, just like the nearby villages Callian, Tourrettes, Fayence and Seillans. These villages are all stuck against the hills and are certainly worth visiting; they are not for nothing qualified as les plus beaux villages de France. Within a radius of 5-10 km, there are many, often excellent restaurants.
The seaside resorts of Cannes and Fréjus-Saint/Raphaël are 25 km away. Golf enthusiasts will find many golf courses in the vicinity.
