Panoramic apartment for four on the first floor, with independent entrance, furnished terrace with 360 ° view over the woods, the park pond and the valley of centenary olive trees; about 65 sq m (700 sq ft), it is located inside the historic Pieve di Caminino private estate; shares with six other apartments the large park and the swimming pool: the private estate covers over 200 hectares, mostly fenced for maximum privacy, with olive grove, vineyard and cork forest where you can walk or jog for kilometers in absolute tranquility , in the midst of the unspoiled nature of a historic estate, once a monastery, today an organic farm. The apartment has a furnished entrance which leads to both the apartment and the terrace. The living room with kitchenette has a large arched window with a splendid view, and a second window facing the woods; the dining area, furnished with a table and four chairs, is set against the panoramic arch; the living area has a sofa with a reading table in front of a fireplace; the kitchenette has two electric hobs, small oven, antique marble sink, 130-liter refrigerator, all utensils and dishes for four people, water boiler, coffee pod machine. The entrance leads to the two bedrooms, one with a "queen size" double bed, with ceiling fan and window shielded by anti-mosquito nets overlooking the valley, and the other with two single beds, floor fan and window with a view, always shielded from anti-mosquito nets. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, w. c. and sink.
