The more than 300 year old half-timbered house is in a quiet location in Lohrsdorf, just outside of Bad Neuenahr. The former "Gutsof Landskrone" has 2 bedrooms and a play and reading room in the roof gable, which can be used as an additional bedroom if required. There is room for 4 adults and 2 children to live, sleep and play. The living room with its cozy wood-burning stove and the small dining room convey a restrained decoration and give an immediate feeling of cosiness. The fully equipped kitchen lies between the two. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and a small sauna, one in the gable with a hip bath complete the offer.
Completely renovated and newly equipped in 2019, the half-timbered house with its small rooms, steep stairs and winding corridors has retained its original charm.
In Lohrsdorf, the vineyards of the Ahr Valley begin with excellent locations. A few hundred meters from the house is the Köhlerhof golf course, which is crossed by hiking trails that lead through the adjacent oak forest to Remagen.
