Spectacular beach front, ocean front condo with expansive views and pool with large deck, come enjoy the Caribbean! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with room for 8, fall asleep and wakeup to ocean waves. A waterfront condo for family, group of friends or romantic couple, watch as whales and sea turtles pass by. Enjoy yoga, surfing or fishing directly out front. Located in a tropical quiet area with abundant parking!
Please note: from June-November is storm season here in PR. During this time , internet, electrical, cell service and water outages (or low flow water or brownouts) may occur. Booking this Airbnb (and any Airbnb in PR) means you understand and are fully aware of this reality as we can not guarantee these amenities.
Guests are welcome to use whatever supplies are in the Airbnb (not in locked off areas). However, we recommend all guests stock up on any provisions they think important for themselves before or upon arrival. These may include water, candles (matches), flashlights, canned food, music and netflix or Amazon prime on cell phones and ipads. If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can.
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll per kitchen, and 1 towel per person is provided.
*Regular pool, lawn, ac, and other maintenance is ongoing for our Airbnbs. Accordingly, we will require access to the property at times to complete these tasks to keep our properties up to par.
**Commencing February 14th, please be notified that there will be construction on the Penthouse level of this building. This is separate owner and condo in this complex and we can not control noise, materials, parking etc. Booking this Airbnb means you accept any potential disruption.**
