As a partial rental of this 15-bedroom home, the top floor of Agua Azul offers 5 bedrooms and 5 baths to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Agua Azul’s features include a fully appointed kitchen as well as an expansive dining room with ample seating for the whole family to gather and enjoy a hot meal together. Plus, family time is top of mind with an oversized gulf-front deck with numerous polywood chaise loungers for every guest. What’s more, Agua Azul offers a beach-front pool with a child safety alarm system and a private boardwalk to the beach. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee.
Upon entry to the top floor of Agua Azul, guests are greeted by the entrance to a grand corridor consisting of all 5 bedrooms and a laundry area. To the right, guests will be met with an expansive open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room overlooking an oversized deck. The virtual wall of windows illuminates the entire space with natural sunlight. The living area also offers a powder room from the kitchen and a wet bar.
Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol, which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest.
