Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location, location, location. Clean property. Internet access perfect. Helpful owner. Property is 200 meters from the Cvjetni trg, some 300 meters from the main square (Trg Bana Jelacica) and tram station. Easy access to wherever you want to go. The street it self has a few bars to have drink. Grocery store is behind the corner, literally. A lot of places to eat, drink near by. Any other location would be much more expensive. Definitely place to rent and enjoy.
Negative: The policy that client is informed about the access code for the key two hours prior the arrival should be changed. Many clients travel at that time and after arrival do not have or do not want to have access to the internet upon arrival. Or want to have all information a lot earlier. Please reconsider this policy to send information at least one day prior arrival. The owner did came really fast after contact and sorted the issue immediately but it was unnecessary hassle for all.
Summary: Better than I expected. Defnititely place for further rents and recommendations for everyone else
