Situated on the edge of Aberdeen City and Shire, fringing the beautiful Coastline between Bridge of Don and Balmedie, the quiet Hamlet of Blackdog offers a peaceful location. For those who love exploring the outdoors, Blackdog enjoys a beautiful, sandy beach right on the doorstep and is located within striking distance to Scenic Coastal Trails at Balmedie, Newburgh and Aberdeen. Situated just off the A90, directly linking Blackdog with Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh.
Our Home from Home has been newly furnished to a High Standard and is brand new to the holiday let market.
The property is a detached House in a quiet residential area, comprising Lounge, Large Kitchen with Oven and Hob, Large Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher, Dining Conservatory, Three Good Sized Bedrooms including Master En-Suite with Shower Cubicle, Family Bathroom and downstairs WC. After Dune Delight also benefits from a completely enclosed back garden of good sized - plenty space for the kids to run around in. Driveway to the property means private parking and there is on street free parking on the street outside the home.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe and is suited to families. There are bus links to get into Aberdeen City Centre so you can leave the car. The nearest convenience shop is a 6 minute drive from our Home.
Our Home is spacious, light and perfect for family get togethers, walks on the Beach and outdoor activities.
