41C Maryland Ave- Steps to the beach! This one bedroom apartment is spacious and you cannot beat the location! The beach is 1.5 blocks from the unit and you are located in the middle of downtown Rehoboth Beach. Park your car for the week and enjoy everything Rehoboth has to offer. The owner provides one on street parking permit. Tenants may rent by the night with a two night minimum or by the week. Tenants are responsible for the $90 cleaning fee.
This unit is a first floor unit that is located behind the main home and below another unit. The main home and the unit above is rented as weekly and/or nightly as well.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for a 2-7 nights stay is $95.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork upon booking.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location, about 1.5 blocks from the ocean. It's an older unit, so the bathroom is a little rough around the edges as far as condition, but everything works fine. The window unit in the main area provides cooling for the the entire house, so the bedroom is difficult to cool if you like things colder. There is no TV in the main area. Overall, it's a decent property, and the rent is priced accordingly given the condition of the unit.
