Remodeled 2022. North Myrtle Beach sports and recreation center is five minutes away. Affordable condo in gated community, with one King plush bed in master bedroom with its own entrance to the screen porch and private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with triple dresser. enjoy fishing on the Inter-coastal waterway and surf fishing on the beach. Enjoy grilling and picnic tables available for your stay on property. There are two pools and one hot tub for guest to use. Minutes from the beach, shopping, dining, golfing and tourist venues. Condo has washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, microwave, oven, toaster, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender and Keuia brewer. Condo also has three 32" tv's and 3 dvd players, iron and ironing board and blow dryer.
NO golf carts, motorcycles or trailers allowed. Neighborhood is on Intercoastal Waterway; short walk from condo. Condo is not on Waterway. 2 grill areas are on premises
NO PETS ALLOWED IN CONDO! NO SMOKING !
