Is a beautiful 2400sq ft BRAND NEW home completed in 2015. This charming beach house is located in NW Lincoln City, Oregon and accommodates up to 10 guests. It sits 2nd row back from the ocean on NW Harbor Ave, so you can enjoy the ocean views as well as close access to the beach.
"GREEN TURTLE" will capture you right away with its open floor plan, beautiful furnishings, deluxe gourmet kitchen, and luxurious finishes throughout the entire home. This home is perfect for couples & families with children since all 3 bedrooms feature King beds and a separate bonus room has 5 twin beds for the kids! Some extra features that every guest is sure to enjoy is our hot tub that sits on the fenced in back patio, the 3rd floor bonus room with foosball table, media room w/ beautiful view of the ocean, wii entertainment system and a sit-down Ms. Pac-man arcade table that has 419 built in games, including all the classics!! No quarters needed!! More entertainment is provided in the garage with a fold out ping-pong table.
Everything in this home was tastefully selected! The high quality amenities of this home will provide you with a comfortable and relaxing getaway and have you longing to return!
The luxuries and attention to details continue with a STARTER SUPPLY of necessities such as... Lotions, hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kleenex, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towel, napkins, dish soap and a spice rack.
Also, provided are all linens, towels, and extra bedding.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am
ENTRY AREA:
Covered porch area has a few chairs for relaxing & is very convenient for guests who have trouble with stairs! There are only two steps from the driveway to the porch/front door. Once inside there are lots of wall cabinets for storage, a bench window seat & big coat closet to put away your stuff and keep the entry clear.
SECURITY/VIDEO SURVEILLANCE:
A Video Surveillance camera monitors the exterior of our home. It is a doorbell camera capturing the landing at the front door. This camera is video capture only, no audio. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
LIVING ROOM:
*is part of a nice open floor plan with a fireplace, 50" LED Smart TV and built in cabinetry.
*some dvd's, board games, local phone service and wireless internet is provided.
KITCHEN/DINING:
*open floor plan continues from the living room and allows the option for great entertaining.

*the adjoining kitchen has an over-sized island with bar seating for 3. It also comes well stocked with dinnerware, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, serving bowls, bake-ware, toaster, mixer, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, turkey roaster, platters, spice rack & more!

LAUNDRY ROOM / GARAGE AREA:
*just off the kitchen down a hallway is the laundry room with high capacity front-loader washing and drying machines w/ a starter supply of laundry detergents and dryer sheets.

*garage exit located next to the laundry area. The garage has parking for one vehicle and also houses a fold out ping-pong table, beach chairs and toys.
POWDER BATH:
Across from the laundry room is a half bath with pedestal sink and toilet.
MAIN FLOOR:
*the main floor consists of the entry, living room, dining, kitchen, laundry room, & powder bath. Also, accessible from these areas are the garage and back patio. The garage is available for 1 parking spot and also has the fold-out ping pong table, and beach toys
*coming in from the garage there is a small hallway that leads into the kitchen which makes loading/unloading very quick and convenient.
*located to the side of the kitchen is another hall area with a door to the back patio. This is where you will find a nice quiet fenced in yard and Large covered patio with the BBQ grill and Oregon Hot Springs hot tub (seats 4-6)
Heading up to the 2ND FLOOR, you will find 3 bedrooms, hall bath and linen closet.
BEDROOMS:
*1-master suite: 1 king bed, 50' LED TV/DVD player. The master bedroom has wonderful ocean views and a spacious en suite bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub, & a walk-in tile shower.
*2- bedroom: 1 king bed.
A wall mounted tv/dvd combo, wall mirror and full sized closet w/luggage rack add to the comfort of this room.
Shares a hall bath with bedroom #3.
*3- bedroom: 1 king bed
A wall mounted tv/dvd combo, big wall mirror and full sized closet w/luggage rack add to the comfort of this room.
Shares a hall bath with bedroom #2
*hallway linen closet is stocked with extra pillows, blankets, linens and bath towels.

3rd FLOOR:
*when you reach the 3rd floor of the home, there will be a bonus room on the left, a media room on the right and a full bathroom between the 2 areas. The vaulted ceilings in this area create a fun and cozy environment for guests of all ages to enjoy.
BONUS ROOM:
*this is a GREAT PLACE for KIDS or TEENS!! In this room you will find: a total of 5 TWIN BEDS!!! (1 single twin bed + 2 twin beds against the opposite wall, both of these have an additional roll out twin bed underneath. This gives you a total of 5 twin beds.) This area has access to a full bathroom#3.
*the other fun feature in the bonus room is the foosball table!
MEDIA ROOM:
*a compact sectional and extra chair with reading light and side table make this the perfect relaxation spot with the beautiful ocean view as an added bonus!! This area is guaranteed to be the "favorite spot" with the entertainment provided.....A 50" LED TV, Wii gaming system & a sit down MS. PAC-MAN arcade table loaded with 419 different arcade games that operate without the need for quarters!!!
BATHROOM #3:
*located on the 3rd floor between the bonus & media room is another full bathroom beautifully designed with white tiles. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
PARKING:
*is available for 4 vehicles. There is 1 parking spot in the garage and 2 additional spots directly in front of the garage on the driveway. One additional compact parking spot is available directly in front of the home on the parking pad.
BEACH ACCESS:
* there are 2 beach access options available from this home.
*the first one is on NW 21st Street, just a minute walk from the home. This access requires a lot of stairs to get down to the beach. Also has a few parking spots, bench and makes an Amazing View Point for those who do not want to take the stairs down to the beach!
*the 2nd access is through NW 15th Street, about a 3 minute walk from the home. This access is the only one in Lincoln City that has an option of driving your car down onto the sand, making it very convenient for all ages and guests with limited mobility. This beach access is wheel-chair accessible.
*City Street Improvements (2016-2017): NW Harbor Ave now has a brand new sidewalk that stretches along the whole street between the 2 beach access points, making it safe and convenient to walk down to the Beach!!
