The villa is surrounded by 2000m² of garden with a lawn and local decorative plants, and a 40.5 m² swimming pool (4.5mx9.0m). On a relaxing day around the house, you can sunbathe in the garden, enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool and sip cocktails on the terrace. The villa is located a short 200m walking distance from the crystal clear waters of the local beach, and close to a wide range of island tourist attractions.
