This beautiful, immaculately maintained riverfront home is full of gingerbread-like charm yet thoroughly updated. Offering an open floor plan including wonderful great room with cathedral ceilings, stacked stone fireplace, large dining area and new windows! The river views from here are truly awe-inspiring. You can't help but feel the coziness from the moment you walk through the doors. Located on the South Anna river with walking and ATV trails , river runs along the property inviting you to come on in for kayaking, fishing, or a refreshing swim.
3 bedrooms - 2 on the main level and the upstairs primary suite with and a loft with queen sleeper, 1/2 bath SAUNA room and office area . The wrap around deck is new and allows you to bring the living outdoors with it's adorable dining space and plenty of room for sitting, yoga and more. The yard is ready for fun with obstacle course and firepit.
