Newly renovated, private and self-contained studio with fresh bathroom and functional kitchen with appliances for your cooking needs. Luxurious super king bed to relax into. Large inbuilt wardrobe. Air-conditioned room for hot or cool days. Peaceful, clean and fresh environment with lovely gardens and some occasional wildlife visitors (parrots & ducks). Located in a tranquil neighborhood.
You are going to have quiet evening and wake up with birds chirping in the morning.
Their is a door to the main house but it is locked from both sides (no access).
Shared laundry is available. Entry into private space via a key safe.
Host also resides onsite but use separate entry and no access to your studio.
Entry via separate entrance. The key will be in the keysafe at door and the code will be provided night before your stay.

Summary: Was reasonably priced and was very tidy. Location was ok, the studio was cosy and modern with a beautiful style. Really only suitable for two people But the property managers were lovely Had good house appliances And enjoyed being able to relax and chill at this place
