This private home is located in the quiet Lawton Woods Community of Sea Pines and is just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sea Pines, the Beach Club, Forest Preserve and Lawton Stables. Enjoy everything Sea Pines has to offer including the beaches, Harbor Town, Golf, Tennis, Bicycling, Kayaking, Horse Back Riding, South Beach and the famous Salty Dog Café.
Upon arrival, you'll be immediately dazzled by the property's beautiful interior with a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen that is sure to bring out your inner chef! It includes new flooring, all new stainless steel appliances, a hand-crafted walnut-top island with bar stools and has everything you could possible need! The dishware, serve-ware and flatware are all new, and includes appliances such as coffee maker and Keurig, microwave, crock pot, electric hand mixer, blender, etc. Brand new Washer/Dryer is located in the mud-room off the kitchen for your use.
The Dining Room offers a large farmhouse table with seating for eight to enjoy all of your family meals together!
You can relax in the Living Room on the sectional sofa and lounger while enjoying the view through the sliders to the back yard patio and the Forest Preserve. New large flat screen SMART TV with cable or use your device with the free WiFi to watch Netflix from your computer or device.
Master Bedroom has a new luxurious King Bed, large flat screen SMART TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom, walk-in closet and sliding glass door with access to back patio.
The Second Bedroom has a new Queen Bed and sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and DVD Player, ceiling fan, closet and access to an updated full bath. This second bedroom sleeps 4 and offers a lot of space. It works well for families with children.
The back yard offers shade, privacy and includes new patio furniture and a Stainless Steel 4 burner grill. It’s a great place to spend after a wonderful day at the beach or to relax after enjoying the many of the outdoor activities that Sea Pines has to offer (golf, tennis, horseback riding, kayaking, etc).

The newly built Beach Club includes 2 restaurants, deli, surf shop, two bars, outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy and is less than 5 minutes away by bike.
