This is an ADU, which is completely separate from the main house and will not see the host.

Please do not park in the driveway. The driveway needs to be clear. There is plenty of free parking on the street to the front and side of the house.
The guesthouse shares a common wall with the main residence but has its own private entrance and living quarters. Living quarters are completely separate from the main residence and there are no shared spaces. You will have the property entirely to yourself.
