Summary: The problem we had with this site was the location. The neighborhood seems to be on the rougher side than what we normally would consider. Inside was simply awesome. Someone has spent a lot of money on this property. Very hard to get a truck into the driveway and be able to open the door to get out. Couldn't use the outside area as the truck in the driveway blocked access to the yard. We as safety professionals, were shocked that there was only one entry or exit door. No check in info was sent to us, hence I had to hunt down the owner several times. Don't think the pictures of the outside are completely accurate. When we first got to the location there were cars all over the street even one in the sole parking spot for the house. Had to ask owner to get it moved
