Summary: We really enjoyed staying at your cottage. It was the perfect location for all that we want to do. Hiking and Kayaking. The weather was a bit chilly but we managed to do a lot. The cottage was well positioned for traveling around. Nothing too far away. Despite the chilly night time temperatures we were able to enjoy a fire in the beautiful stone fire pit out back. The internet reception was very weak and often non existent but that is the impression we got when reserving. We just went into Old Forge when it was necessary to return emails and make phone calls. We hope to come back to the Adirondacks in the warmer weather to enjoy the surroundings even more. Perhaps we will try to stay here again.
