Summary: Following a false start our 5 night stay went without a hitch. Having stayed at the Coogee Adina on several occasions we were surprised with the state of the first apartment we were shown..picture off the wall, older bathroom lacking soaps/shampoo/body lotion, carpet near the entrance bubbled which was a trip hazard. Our concern to the front desk was noted and a maintenance person fixed the picture but was uncertain about remedying the carpet. The response from the front office to my repeat concern was to offer another apartment..which we accepted. We were surprised with the quality of the second apartment: had all the expected amenities, overall was significantly better...and at the same price. The moral of this review is to ensure you are being offered the best quality accommodation available.
