All new furnishings and new TV's in every bedroom plus den area. The unit is just steps away from the beach and a gulf side 1700 square foot heated infinity edge pool. This pool overlooks the blue green water of the Emerald Coast. There is a large whirlpool spa overlooking the main pool. The European cobblestone pool decking includes sun and shaded areas with lounge chairs and dining tables. There is a fitness center that overlooks the pool.

Summary: This condo is perfect and had everything we needed. Adagio is a beautiful place to stay with multiple pools, ocean/beach as well as a bike/walking path right out front. The owner, Sandy, shared information and recommendations about the area prior to our trip which was so helpful. We also enjoyed visiting the surrounding towns along 30A!! I would definitely recommend staying here!
