Your Friend at The Beach is delighted to offer this updated gulf front condo in A building of Adagio. Adagio A302. Our third floor condo has been freshly renovated - new refrigerator, new flooring in the bedrooms and new furnishings and mattresses. An elevator takes you to this sparkling clean, beautifully appointed third floor condo with everything for your beach vacation. Your friend at the beach cares about every detail! - A well stocked kitchen for fun family dinners (Regular and Keurig coffee maker), a comfortable dining table with room for friends and after dinner games. -Plush comfortable mattresses and this bedding arrangement: *Master bedroom with King size bed and private bath with jetted tub, stand alone shower with double shower heads. *Second bedroom with King size bed and access to hall bathroom. *Third bedroom with new KING bed and private bathroom. *Fourth bedroom with TWO Queen size beds and door to hall bathroom. Even rainy days are a pleasure at this gulf front condo with flat screen TV's in each bedroom. You can bring family and friends as we have two other condos on the third floor (A304 and A305) In fact, we have nineteen condos at Adagio available for our friends at the beach! Everyone of YFAB's condos has a high chair and a pack and play for your use. Please read our reviews - VRBO does not let us take down a review - so every review we receive is there for you to read! The spacious balcony has a large table for al fresco dining as comfortable chairs for sunning. Or escape to one of our pools - the gulf front is heated in the winter months. The large 8,000 square foot pool is actually three pools linked by waterfalls. On-site gym, open 7 am to 10 pm. Hot Tub by gym for ages 16 and above after 6 pm. Per HOA rules, only two cars are permitted per condo. Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups. Two parking spots per condo. One is in the underground parking garage (marked) and the other is the outside parking lot by A building (not marked). Just 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on scenic 30A. RESTRICTIONS: No trailers, boats, golf carts, jet skis or RV's. No propane tanks or cookers allowed. No Tents or Canopies are allowed on the beach per HOA rules. - Please review charges before booking on line as fees charged by VRBO cannot be refunded by manager. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to thirty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within thirty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional 9.8% of total cost.
