First bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). There is also a queen air mattress that can be used (sleeps 2). Second bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on the top, middle and bottom (sleeps 3). Master bedroom is complete with king bed and private bathroom (sleeps 2)! Eat-in kitchen complete with brand new black-stainless steel appliances and reverse osmosis water purification system. Living room comes with game area for kids, High speed wireless internet, cable tv provided with 85" smart TV with surround sound speakers. Multi use charging ports in all rooms. Not far from the infamous Renaissance Festival and just down the street from Basin 116 (largest remote control airplane/glider park in AZ)! Not far from lakes where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, pontoon boats, wake board boats, etc. Even closer to Salt River Tubing station (Not far from Goldfield Ghost Town). Also near US60 freeway for easy access to Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, sky harbor airport as well as Mesa Gateway Airport.
