Positive: Perfect location: a bit secluded, yet in the middle of everything: by car 5 min Ankaran, 10 min Koper, 20 min Triest, 40 min Porec, 60 min Ljubljana. Walking distance to a local restaurant, a small beach and a nice nature walk. Perfect for cycling. Nice port view. Very welcoming owner and co-residents.
Negative: Nothing.
