3 Bedroom House in Shell Knob

We are located just south of the Shell Knob bridge (next to Subway) offer a newly remodeled and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath berm home. It is great location to be in the middle of everything the lake has to offer while being close to town. There is an open concept floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen. The house offers a large master suite with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and its own sliding glass door to the deck. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and the third bedroom (bunkroom) is perfect for kids with four bunks, bean bags, and Sega Genesis gaming system. After a day on the lake enjoy setting on our new large deck overlooking the lake, grilling on the gas grill, or a relaxing fire in the fire pit. The free public boat launch is located across the street and we have permission to utilize the Subway courtesy dock to load and unload your crew. (Sorry long term use of the dock is not permitted. ) Public swimming and overnight slip rentals are available a short drive away at Cambell Point and Viola.
