Downstairs are 3 additional bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a rec space complete with bar, workout room and sauna. Above the garage is a 5th bedroom suite with private bath. All full baths have radiant heated floors and the house has instant hot water + a tankless hot water heater. Double decker boat house on the water is just 50' from the house and has a private driveway for getting coolers and gear down to the lake easily. 2 full sized washer/dryers to accommodate guests available for use as well.
