3 Bedroom Cottage in Bar Harbor
The cottage has AC. Acadia seaside cottage, 400 ft. from the rocky shore line, not ocean front. It is 400 ft. from the shoreline. You see the water coming down the road then you turn in my driveway. If you are young and capable you can launch a kayak or canoe from the shore. It is a downhill and a little steep but people do it everyday. Not recommended for the older crowd. If when you are on the shore and into walking the shoreline there are what they call The Ovens. Go left when you get to the shore and walk for about maybe 15 minutes and they are little caves in the ledge that goes straight up. But be careful. You need to know what the Tide is doing. Is it coming in or going out. Sleeps up to 5 Check in time is 3:30 or after and check out time is 10:00 FIRM please. No more than 4 people .

ABOUT LOCATION
Located in a nice, quiet, wooded neighborhood, but yet close to everything. 4 miles from Bar Harbor, 1 1/2 miles from Acadia National Park. The cottage is very warm and cozy. There is a 12x30 ft deck enclosed with a wire fence around it for pets and is great for star gazing in the evening and having morning coffee and breakfast or lunch in the sun. Take a stroll on the shore to look for seashells or sea glass. Watch the fishing boats go by, see the sun rise. Free transportation with Island Explorer all around the Island. There is a nice big fire pit for those of you that like to have a fire in the evening. Very relaxing.
Keywords: The cottage is in a nice wooded area. The shore is only 400 ft from the cottage and Acadia National Pk. is 1 1/2 miles to the entrance. If you like to take walks, you are in the right spot.
