This luxury 3 bedroom golf apartment is located within the Acacia community of the award winning Las Colinas Golf and Country Club. The apartment is built to a very high standard with the latest technology, spacious rooms and a super modern look and feel. One of the great features is the terrace that opens up completely with sliding doors to the lounge and over looks the large pool and garden area of the Acacia community. The lounge area has a large TV with international channels, sofa, dining area and a full kitchen with all modern appliances. The roof terrace area has chill out sofas and chairs along with sun beds so you can enjoy the south facing sun, watch over the pool and have an evening drink or BBQ. The master bedroom is on the main living floor with TV and en-suite toilet and shower along with a vanity unit. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the lower floor and both have a king size bed and share a bathroom with shower and toilet, all rooms have electric blinds and curtains. Wifi internet, parking bed linen, towels including pool towels are provided free of charge.
