ABOUT THE AREA: If you want beautiful beaches, nightlife, shopping and dining at your doorstep, then Miramar is the place to be. Located on the West end of Walton County, near Destin and close to everything you desire in a beach vacation.
BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is about 600 ft from the front door just next to the Whales Tale. There is no parking or facilities there. The closest beach with parking and restrooms, is Miramar Beach Regional Access which is off of Hwy 98.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• Use of Private Elevators is restricted to individuals age 18+ unless accompanied by an adult. Resetting an elevator due to misuse will be subject to a $250 trip charge.
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for lack of or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
