These 2 bedroom apartments are fully equipped with good quality bed linen, hired from professional Linen Hire and and sanitized cleaning, ensemble beds, 'towels,tea towels,bath mats.Tastefully decorated,new B/room carpets & curtains.Complimented by quality toning doona covers and B/spreads. A queen bed in bedroom 1. 2 single beds in bedroom 2 .Some Electric Blankets. cooking equipment supplied.

A hairdryer is included for your use.A new split system reverse cycle A/c has been installed in each unit for your comfort..

We are observing CoVid19 cleaning rules. All hard surfaces disinfected. Handwash/wipes are supplied. Professional cleaners used and all Linen supplied is from professional Linen Hire.
This location is one of very few in Port Lincoln absolute waterfront.. Outstanding world class view.Location is waterfront in the CBD. A wide variety of Restaurants and small eateries are there for your choice, approx 20 different venues in Tasman Tce (the waterfront street) all within walking distance of the apartments.The morning sunrise is stunning. View it from your private Patio. 5 minutes walk to the CBD, town Jetty and the many eateries in town. No need to take your car out of the garage.Two minutes from the new nationally acclaimed Pt Lincoln Hotel for wonderful meals and drinks.
Fishing is possible directly in front of the apartment.
Fishing charters are available from many areas in Port Lincoln and can be arranged by us. .As can pleasure cruises and sailing in Boston Bay.
Take a cruise to view or swim with the famous "Great White Sharks".Or swim with the Tuna or the Dolphins.

Reaching Port Lincoln is easy. Just a 40 minute flight from Adelaide with Rex Airlines or Qantas regional.Special prices are often available. Alternatively you can make the scenic road trip of 6 hours, via Pt Pirie, Pt Augusta and Whyalla.
The location is 2 minutes walk to the new Port Lincoln Hotel, where you can enjoy a drink, a coffee, or delicous meals.
These apartments are NON-SMOKING. NO PETS.BY CORPORATE RULING.
It is a corporate ruling that no pets are brought to the premises. No fish cleaning in apartments. If smoking does occur around the outside patio and verandah areas of the apartment an EXTRA CLEANING CHARGE of $500 will be imposed to cover cleaning costs.
You are requested to leave the premises in clean condition, no unwashed dishes. Bins must be emptied and fridge left clean. You will be responsible for any extra cleaning costs, Cleaning rates $75 per hour. replacements or damage occurring as a result of your stay will automaticially be charged to you. NO FISH CLEANING IN OR AROUND THE APARTMENTS.
The noise level to be kept very low after 10pm, in consideration of other tenants.
