Summary: 2 ac units did not work upon arrival. We messaged immediately, no response. Called and the said someone would be right out. No one came. At the end of day 2 with no air they text us directions on ways to check it out ourselves!!! Zero urgency & customer service. The hall sink was also backing up. View was nice but sweaty nights took away from our enjoyment of the apartment
