This very private property boasts a view of the valley and greenbelt beyond the backyard. This ranch-style estate is one level, making it perfect for every group. With several covered outdoor lounge areas to relax, ABOVE Serenity embraces the wide-open spaces and beauty of the Hill Country. Grill, play games in the yard or practice yoga in this peaceful setting. The kitchen is every cook’s dream and is the center of this open floor plan space. Play piano, watch TV, or gather by the fireplace. There is a separate media room for movies as well as an office should you need to step away for a little work. Decorated with a modern ranch design plan, you will enjoy the warm welcome of this home. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 10 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.
