With soaring views all around, including overlooking the 11th Fairway of The Currituck Club golf course, Above & Beyond will provide an unforgettable beach vacation experience. This well-maintained home can accommodate a family group comfortably for both quiet relaxation and shared enjoyment of its amenities. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The reverse floor plan offers ocean views from the Great Room which has a large 42" flat-screen TV with cable TV. It has access to a large sun deck. A BlueTooth® sound system will be able to play your favorite tunes inside and outdoors! The Dining area can seat 10 and the Kitchen bar counter can seat 3. The well-equipped Kitchen is ready for preparing large meals while still being a part of the Great Room space. There is a Half Bath by the Kitchen. The large King Master Suite on this floor has a flat-screen TV (streaming only), soaking tub and separate glass shower. (Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.)
MID LEVEL:
The entry level hall splits off into 3 bedrooms: a King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom have a shared bathroom between the two rooms. The Pyramid Bunk Jr. Master has a Semi-Private Bath which is shared with the large Sitting Room. The Sitting Room has lockable doors with blinds for privacy and a Queen Sleep Sofa if an extra bed is needed. Streaming TV is available in all the bedrooms, ready for gaming if desired. The Screened Porch can be accessed from this level.
GROUND LEVEL:
Stairs down to this level lead to a large Game Room with kitchenette, another full-size refrigerator and microwave. A Pool Table, a retro Arcade Game and a Foosball table (in the garage) add to the opportunity for family-friendly competitions! A BlueTooth® sound system will be able to play your favorite tunes inside and outdoors! The pool deck is outside with a new Hot Tub, Outdoor Shower and an hourglass-shaped pool which measures 13' x 30' (open May through to mid-October).

As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball! There are planned kids’ activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.
