Positive: It was in the center of Florence, close to the station, suitable for four people, and clean.
Negative: There was an unpleasant smell in the stairwell of the building and in the elevator. The check-in is done online, so you need to be familiar with technology. There were no paper napkins in the kitchen, which I consider important. In one of the rooms, no natural light came in and the bed was low. An espresso machine would also have been a nice addition.
