Abbeys Retreat is so different from anything else on offer in the South West. It is a fabulous stone and iron family home with two huge lounge areas ( one upstairs ) with the enormous kitchen / lounge dining area downstairs. Abbeys Retreat is a fantastic stone and iron house ideal for families. So peaceful and quiet you won't want to leave. Abbeys Retreat is so different from anything else on offer in the South West It is a fabulous stone and iron family home with two huge lounge areas ( one upstairs ) with the enormous kitchen / lounge dining area downstairs being over 100 sq m. There is a fantastic open fire in the conversation pit which is so popular with all our guests. There's nothing like turning off the TV and sitting around the fire, with friends and family, telling stories or toasting marshmallows. The upstairs lounge is air-conditioned. Downstairs remains cool through summer with the thick stone walls. Fans in all the bedrooms. The 10 acres is so quiet and peaceful, and with a dam on the property bird life is abundant. There's kookaburras, cockies, blue wrens, and so much more. Wildflowers abundant in spring. FREE WIFI MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 16 Bedroom 1 : King bed with WIR plus Large ensuite with bath. Bedroom 2 : Queen bed PLUS 2 Single Beds ( great for the kids ) Bedroom 3 : Queen bed BATHROOM : Large 4x4 m bathroom with double vanity, shower and full size bath. Bedroom 4 : King bed PLUS double bed Bedroom 5 : Queen bed PLUS single bed. Bedroom 6 : Queen bed ( Downstairs ) The laundry with shower and 2 toilets is adjacent to the downstairs bedroom. All beds have electric blankets to keep you warm in winter, and fans for cooling in summer. Firewood is supplied April to October. Outside of these times you will have to source your own. RATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Prices include linen for guests as per request. NO LEAVERS No groups all under 25 years. No all male groups Strictly no parties, no weddings or family get togethers under the guise of a wedding. Inviting extra guests to to the property for any reason must first be approved with the owners. Min stay is 2 nights Min 3 nights for long weekends and school holidays. Min 4 night stay at Easter. Min 4 - 7 night stay over Xmas New Year SPECIAL MIDWEEK PRICES OF $450 max guests 12–14 Payment terms. 1. 25 percent deposit of the rental amount is required to secure the booking. 2. Balance due 28 days prior to your stay. 3. Refundable bond is payable 14 days prior to your booking and refunded 4 days after STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR WEDDINGS ALLOWED.. NON SMOKING. Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented out for accommodation purposes only. It does not allow for weddings or any other such function. Fabulous beaches. Whale watching at Point Picquet not far from eagle bay. Only during migrating season. For kids The Maze on Caves Road. Great cafe with kids playground and games and puzzles. Sunflowers Animal Farm. On caves road but closer to Margaret River. Simmos ice cream . Commenage Road Dunsborough. Playground with lots of things to do. Wildhop brewery have a kids playground. Shopping. Emergency items like milk and bread , closest is Yallingup PO. Coles Dunsborough has everything you might need. 15 min drive. Open everyday till 7pm. ( 8pm in summer) Beaches Indijup Smiths beach Canal rocks Bay Yallingup beach. ( kids playground) Meelup Dunsborough beach Bunker bay
