Remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath privately owned condominium near the Abbey Marina in the heart of Fontana. The location is within a 10 minute walk to everything you need to enjoy your vacation on Lake Geneva including The Abbey Resort & Spa, Gordy’s Boat House & Surf Shack restaurants, Chuck’s, Gordy’s boat and SUP rentals, Jerry’s Marine jetski and pontoon rentals, the lake hiking path, and the Fontana town beach. The condominium has recently been remodeled with all new appliances and furnishings for your comfort! No detail has been over looked in order to maximize your families enjoyment including a full supply of board games that can be played on the large private patio while enjoying the cool summer breezes. The private and quiet patio faces the river feeding into the Lake and has comfortable furnishing to just lounge around or bbq on the new Weber grill. We also have the unit professionally cleaned by an outside service between each stay for the best possible guest experience. The master bedroom with memory foam mattress has its own private bath, flat screen TV, and Apple HomePod. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds also with memory foam mattresse along with an Xbox for the kids and flat screen TV. The main living area is fully furnished with a large flat screen TV above the gas fireplace and an apple HomePod. Also provided are 6 plush beach towels and an assortment of outdoor games. There is also an in unit washer and dryer. The complex has 2 private pools for your enjoyment and we provide 6 passes to the Fontana public beach with its sandy beach, swim platforms, and volleyball court. This unit is designed primarily for families, girls weekend, and quiet small gatherings for up to 6 people. No pets or parties are permitted.
