This villa is located on the western bank of the Istrian Peninsula, between the mouth of the Mirna River (north) and Lim Fjord (to the south). It has a gentle climate, an indented coastline with many small islands as well as peninsulas thick with pine trees, and beautiful beaches sheltered from the sea by the island of St. Nikola. All of these have helped make Poreč a leading center of Croatian tourism. Once a small fishing village, today it is an attractive tourist hub. These apartments are located 30 minutes (on foot) from the seashore. There is a grocery store and several restaurants in the vicinity. The town center is about 20 minutes walk away.

On a boat trip you can visit the Brijuni Islands National Park. Further trips include Pula and Medulin - both well-known tourist centers and holiday resorts, and the Peninsula Cape, a large and protected nature area.
