Your friend at the beach invites you to experience our four bedroom condo - updated with new flooring in the bedrooms for a clean look and feel.
Large balcony with lounge chair, club chairs and a table with seating for four.
Spacious living area with a large sectional couch plus a swivel chair and a lounger while you enjoy the large Smart TV.
Dining area with table and seating for eight plus three bar stools at the granite counter.
Well-stocked kitchen with high end appliances, plenty of dishware, cooking utensils and pots/pan for large family meals. Keurig and regular coffee maker. High end oven, cook top, microwave and refrigerator. Stand alone ice maker for easy filling of your beach cooler!
Bedding arrangements:
- King bed in master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Features an adjoining private bath with jetted tub, double sinks and shower.
- King bed in second bedroom with its own private bathroom (first bedroom on left as you enter the condo)
- TWO Queen beds in third bedroom with door into hall bathroom (first bedroom on the right as you enter the condo)
- King in fourth bedroom. Shares hall bathroom. (second bedroom on left).
Three bathrooms - all with 100% cotton towels, shower soaps, hand soaps, starter supply of toilet paper (two rolls per each bathroom).
Elevator in building
All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone chargers and Smart TV's. Bathrooms include 100% cotton towels, shower soap, hand soap and hair dryers.
Large laundry room with full size washer/dryer and laundry soap provided.

Adagio has a gulf front pool that is heated in the cooler months plus a tri-level pool with 8,000 square feet of swimming fun. Hot tub is by the on site gym.. On site gym with cardio and weight equipment
We provide two free bike rentals from the onsite beach chair/bike company, La Dolce Vita. Just 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on scenic 30A.
Per HOA rules, only two cars are allowed per condo. Adagio A401 has TWO underground parking spots in A building garage.
ADAGIO PRIVATE BEACH
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited. The sooner you book the beach chair service, the better your position will be on the beach. It is 52 steps down to the beach and there are showers at the top of the steps to rinse off sand!
RESTRICTIONS:
Ten guests per condo limit per HOA rules (two years and under are not included in that total).
No trailers, boats, golf carts jet skis or RV's. No tents are allowed on beach.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
A $199 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
Please review all charges if you book on VRBO or other channels as Your Friend at the Beach cannot refund charges made by not booking directly.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. Check-in is 4 PM, Check-out is 10 AM.
