A109 is a 1st floor beach condo with 2 Master Bdrms, both with KING size beds, 2 1/2 Baths, + 3rd Bunk Bed Alcove Room with a Solid Door (not curtain) for privacy.
A109 is located on the beachfront end of building A, one of the closest condos to the zero-entry pool, LayZ-River, and beach and furthest from the highway. Just a few steps across the airconditioned hallway to the main pool, Lazy River and beach access door. Also close to covered parking garage where you can park on the ground floor and never have to get on stairs, or an elevator the whole trip. You will notice many owners do not list their unit number. We recommend asking because LOCATION is key at Waterscape!
As you enter the beautiful beach condo, you will notice it is 100% tiled and freshly painted with designer colors. A109 is professionally decorated with a new full-size sofa with a queen pullout Sealy Posturepedic mattress and love seat. Both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have king-size mattresses and new bedding. Master bedroom has new mattress purchased at the end of 2021.
A109 has a spacious open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms open to the balcony. Both bedrooms have huge, master style on-suite bathrooms with oversized bathtubs and separate showers with bench seats. The separate bunk bed room is perfect for kids and teens. Our bunk room has been framed out and a solid door added creating a private 3rd bedroom (note most bunk beds at Waterscape are open and only separated from the kitchen/living area by a curtain). The Bunk Room solid door in A109 is great for differing nap, or bedtime schedules. A nice half bath is conveniently located next to the bunk bed room.

Summary: Host was very responsive to all my questions and even helpful by sending pictures to show how beach seating was set ip. Greatly appreciated that. Even though we only had a minimal ocean view the location was fantastic. Right by pool and beach access door. Being on first floor made carry all our gear so much easier and very close to the garage parking. And having a door on the bunkroom made our trip much better also since we had small kids to put to sleep. The only issues I had was in the smaller bedroom the bed is noisy getting in and out of the bed. The master suite had a comfortable bed and kids loved the bunkroom. And because we were always dealing with sand it would have been nice to have better cleaning tools to keep up with sand on the floors. But those were minor issues and we had an awesome family vacation and would happily stay here again.
