A Wave From It All is the perfect getaway for family getaways, with 2 living areas and the upstairs deck to spread out on, there is even a playground in the backyard for the younger ones. Located in central Busselton, the Busselton Tennis Club is just across the road, and there are a wide range of activities to choose from within walking distance. The Busselton foreshore boasts a range of restaurants, breweries and cafes, and there are sprawling grassed areas and playgrounds available for the children and your furry friend. The house is an exceptionally well built beach-style family home with 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom. Downstairs there is also a separate TV room for the children, access to the lockable garage, and backyard area. Upstairs is the main living and dining area and kitchen. The living area opens out onto a large deck with views out towards Busselton and Geographe Bay. The master bedroom is located on this level, with a private ensuite. The master opens out onto a deck area where you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The upstairs area is airconditioned for year-round comfort.
